Senior IT Test Manager (M/F/D)

THE ROLE

As a Senior IT Test Manager (m/f/d), you will take ownership of defining, implementing, and continuously evolving our global IT quality assurance and testing strategy. Beyond designing automated and manual testing frameworks, you will play a key role in orchestrating cross-functional testing activities to ensure the seamless deployment of high-quality software solutions. Leveraging your extensive expertise, you will drive quality standards, mitigate technical risks, and act as a strategic advisor for robust IT release management within the Canyon Crew.

YOUR JOB AS PART OF THE CANYON CREW

• Test Framework Architecture & Standards: You are the architect of our company-wide testing framework and will define the standards for test case design, execution, and documentation within Aqua, ensuring a unified "source of truth" for quality.
• Testing Lifecycle & Governance: You lead the testing lifecycle for our SAP core, while providing governance and methodological support to Test Managers within the Salesforce ecosystem to ensure seamless cross-platform integrity.
• Automation Strategy & Implementation: You will design and oversee the implementation of automated regression suites using UiPath, significantly reducing manual effort for high-frequency business processes.
• SIT & UAT Definition: You define the entry and exit criteria for SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring that integrated "Lead-to-Cash" processes work perfectly across system boundaries.
• Defect Lifecycle & Risk Management: You govern the defect lifecycle, transforming raw testing data into actionable project risks and providing "Go/No-Go" recommendations for major release cycles.
• Requirements Engineering & Traceability: You translate complex business requirements into structured test specifications, ensuring 100% traceability from requirement to test case to execution.

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE RACE

• You have a degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• 5+ years experience in professional Test Management, specifically within large-scale SAP environments.
• Significant automation experience with UiPath (Test Suite or RPA). You understand how to identify automation candidates and build a sustainable, maintainable automation roadmap.
• Expertise in Aqua for test management and process definition. Deep familiarity with the Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence) for requirement and task tracking.
• Strong command of SIT, UAT, and Regression testing in integrated landscapes. Is a plus, ISTQB Certification (Test Manager level preferred).Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project delivery.
• You have a strategic mindset and can zoom out to define a global governance plan but aren't afraid to dive into the details of a complex SAP/Salesforce integration bug.
• You have excellent English skills; German, Spanish and Catalan is a plus.
