We're looking for an experiencedΒ Senior QA Analyst to take full ownership of quality assurance for our digital team, in our Skopje office.Β

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of a wide range of deliverables, from simple HTML banners and email campaigns to complex features on our Totara training platforms, native mobile apps, and WordPress websites.

This is a key role for a self-starter who can work independently and will be responsible for defining and executing all QA processes.

Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the entire QA process for all digital deliverables.
- Work closely with the team to understand functional requirements for each project.
- Develop comprehensive testing plans and strategies.
- Execute detailed testing, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear, detailed descriptions in Jira.
- Validate all bug fixes and perform thorough regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains intact.
- Lead the development and implementation of new QA processes and improve existing ones.
- Support the team with non-QA tasks, such as content management on our platforms, as needed.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a QA Analyst, with a focus on digital and web-based projects.
- Demonstrable experience planning and executing quality assurance on large, complex websites.
- Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) and their testing requirements.
- Solid experience with bug tracking tools like Jira.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take full ownership of your work.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with a small, agile team.
- Flexibility to adapt to various testing tasks, from simple creative assets to technically complex platform features.
