๐Ÿ‘‹What are our wishes?

We are seeking a Senior QA Analyst with extensive experience in software testing, Identity Governance Administration (IGA), and Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects. The role is responsible for executing end-to-end testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect management to ensure high-quality system delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Minimum 4 years of QA/testing experience.

  • Experience supporting IGA and/or IAM solutions.

  • Strong experience in SIT, UAT, and regression testing.

  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).

  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and SDLC.

  • Experience in defect tracking and issue management.

  • Exposure to test automation is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.

  • Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, etc.).

  • Experience with Identity Management Systems.


๐Ÿ’ผHow can you contribute to the team?ย 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute SIT, UAT support, and regression testing activities.

  • Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test documentation.

  • Review user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.

  • Prepare test data and validate testing environment readiness.

  • Log, track, and manage defects using Azure DevOps (ADO).

  • Perform re-testing and regression testing after defect fixes.

  • Support business users during UAT execution and documentation.

  • Provide testing status updates, defect reports, and risk assessments.

  • Maintain test evidence and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

  • Suggest improvements for test coverage and automation readiness.

  • Collaborate with QA Leads, Developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.

Location: Ortigas, Mandaluyong City

Work Setup: Hybrid (onsite at least once a week, subject to project and business needs)
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM, Manila Time
