Senior QA Automation Engineer

Location: Hybrid – 2 days/week on-site (Bucharest)
Contract Type: B2B

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions using Tosca, Java, and Selenium. 

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks using Tosca and Selenium (Java)
• Develop reusable, scalable automation scripts for UI, API, and integration testing
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to define test strategies
• Analyze requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases
• Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and report defects

• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines

• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices

• Continuously improve test coverage and test efficiency.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation / Software Testing

• Strong hands-on experience with Tosca

• Solid programming skills in Java

• Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver

• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.)

• Knowledge of test design techniques and QA methodologies

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)

• Very good English skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling)

• ISTQB certification or equivalent

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
