Job description
Manage and validate vendor handovers, ensuring complete and accurate business case documentation
Identify documentation gaps and implement a structured system for test case and logic traceability
Ensure all QA processes comply with GDPR, NDA protocols
Design and implement scalable automated test frameworks using Selenium (Java)
Develop and execute automated regression, performance, and stress tests
Lead mobile test automation using Appium, Espresso, and XCUITestΒ ensuring feature parity across web and mobile platforms.
Integrate QA testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery
Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain 99.9% system uptime
Implement robust testing for security compliance, GDPR requirements, and data integrity measures.
Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Business Intelligence teams to align QA efforts with product and customer goals
Generate detailed QA reports on progress, coverage, automation effectiveness, and stability
Ensure all releases meet the Definition of Done, including post-testing validation
Actively contribute to agile sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives
Drive continuous improvement by streamlining test workflows and reducing manual QA efforts by 15%+
Job Qualifications

5+ years of QA automation experience in SaaS
β
Proven expertise with Selenium, Java, CI/CD, Cypress, Playwright,Β Postman, JS/Python, JMeter, Agile,Β JIRA.Β testing environments
β
Skilled in agile, regression testing (Appium, XCUITest), and detailed documentation practices
β
Excellent documentation and communication skills
β
ISTQB or similar certifications are a plus
PreferablesΒ
Experience in automotive, workshop, or inventory management systems is preferred
Familiarity with cloud-based CI/CD tools like Azure Pipelines, AWS, or Oracle
Knowledge of data privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR) is a plus
Must be committed to full-time work, aligning with UAE/Egypt time zones
