Job Description
Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with industry best practices and company objectives.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of QA professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Establish and enforce quality control procedures and standards across the product lifecycleβfrom raw materials to final shipment.
Conduct regular internal audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
ο»ΏCollaborate with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure quality is embedded in product design and manufacturing.
Oversee inspection and testing of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure compliance.
