This is a remote position.<\/p>
We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our engineering team and work closely with developers, including our Senior Software Developer, to ensure the delivery of high\-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing, particularly within .NET ecosystems, and a solid understanding of REST APIs, UI frameworks like Blazor, and cloud\-based environments. As a QA Engineer, you will help define testing strategies, write and execute test plans, identify issues early in the development lifecycle, and contribute to continuous quality improvements.

<\/div>Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ’ Collaborate closely with developers, product manager, to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans and cases.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ’ Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing on web applications built using .NET Core, Blazor, and REST APIs.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ’ Design and develop automated test scripts using industry\-standard tools and frameworks.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ’ Validate API responses, data flows, and database integrations (SQL and MongoDB).
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ’ Participate in sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ’ Contribute to the development and maintenance of CI\/CD pipelines, integrating automated tests to ensure continuous quality assurance.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ’ Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Azure DevOps.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ’ Support Test\-Driven Development (TDD) and work closely with developers on test coverage and testability improvements.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ’ Validate deployments in Azure environments, ensuring environments are correctly configured for testing.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ’ Maintain test documentation and contribute to QA process improvements.

<\/div>Required Qualifications<\/b>
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ’ 3Γ’ΒΒ6 years of professional experience in QA (manual and automation).
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ’ Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including TDD and BDD.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ’ Experience testing .NET\-based applications, especially those built with .NET Core, Blazor, and Razor.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ’ Proven experience with REST API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger, or REST Assured.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ’ Working knowledge of SQL for validating data and understanding application workflows.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ’ Familiarity with MongoDB and non\-relational database testing.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ’ Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent).
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ’ Understanding of Git workflows and integration into DevOps pipelines.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ’ Exposure to Azure cloud environments and testing in cloud\-hosted apps.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ’ Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem\-solving skills.

<\/div>Preferred Qualifications<\/b>
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ’ Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6).
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ’ Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., C#, JavaScript, Python) for automation.
<\/div>Γ’ΒΒ’ Prior experience working in Agile\/Scrum teams.
