Senior QA Engineer (Remote)

StellarTech, a fast-growing international product IT company, is seeking a Senior QA Engineer. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing and documenting the quality assurance process for products to meet organizational expectations. 

You will work inside of the technical team and understand business rhythm required, design and integrate quality assurance solutions and ensure their daily execution with precise documentation of flows, cases, scripts and plans. 

Your expertise in quality assurance and your ability to develop a variety of cover strategies and apply them in an optimal approach will play a crucial role in improving delivery efficiency and securing business objectives.

What You’ll Do

Key goals include:

• Comprehensive test cases and test plans design, update, management
• Daily support of release cycle, execution necessary rituals (planning, refinements and demo)
• Efficient coverage for software increment scopes and timelines both with auto and manual approaches
• Continuous delivery process QA integration, contribution and support
• Guide the QA colleagues on the testing methodologies, efficient work approach and documentation
• Test creatively, get some light to the corners, take a customer's perspective first and advocate quality for them
• Co-own the delivery in terms of getting things done, not just hand the task to next status or return it
• Continuous Improvement by involving AI toolkit and Agentic testing approach

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance for complex chains of integrations (FE and BE) for Mobile applications. Ability to create test plans for Integrations and control its execution.
• Deep knowledge level of software testing methodologies, planning and strategy. Proven experience of creating QA or adjustment of QA process within SDLC to the business needs
• Practical experience of implementation tools for test planning, test execution, and test documentation management (Testrail or similar)
• Experience in UI testing for Mobile Web (http) and native Apps (IOS/android). Hands-on experience of basic diagnostic and ability to setup/define an environment of bugs reproduction.
• Fundamentals of information security
• Strong understanding of Automation QA process and ability to guide AQA inline with overall testing strategy
• Experience in iterative development mode, understanding scrum/agile framework and incremental approach profits and limitations
• Knowledge of Flutter framework will be a plus
• Basic python scripting (vibe coding)
