Introduction

An established global pharmaceutical company has an opportunity for a QA PharmacistΒ who will also take on the Deputy QA Manager title, too.

You MUST have APPLICANT pharma company experience.

The company sources products fromΒ local 3rd-party manufacturers, as well as imported products.

Duties & Responsibilities

All QA-related pharmacist functions for an applicant pharmaceutical company e.g. ...

Assessing technical documentation received from 3rd-party manufacturers,

Doing post-importation testing, sending product samples to labs, assessing lab results, etc.

Final batch release of products to market

Documentation related to the QA function, ready to go to the Regulatory department

Relevant deviations, change controls, etc.

Auditing - internal and external audits, 3rd-party manufacturer audits, SAHPRA audits and readiness

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • BPharm degree required
  • At least 2+ yearsΒ in QA at an Applicant pharma company - preferably with local 3rd-party manufacturer liaison and product experience, as well as experience with imported products.
  • Be at a level where you can take on a Deputy QA Manager position

Package & Remuneration

Salary is negotiable, and will be influenced by specific years of experience in Applicant pharma environments, ideally receiving products from local 3rd-party manufacturers.

A salary range of R65k ctc p/m, to R85k ctc p/m, is envisaged, based on experience.
