What Youโll Do
We are looking for a full-stack Software Development Engineer in Test to be part of Human Risk Platform Team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with an automate-first mindset, ready to validate complex test environments with many touch points. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and share are essential. Your responsibilities will include:
ยทย ย ย ย ย Contributing to the planning, estimation, and refinement of stories, epics, and design changes as part of an Agile Scrum team
ยทย ย ย ย ย Building out test plans to cover new areas of functionality, ensuring all necessary testing is performed
ยทย ย ย ย ย Refining acceptance criteria into testable units and converting those into automated tests that execute efficiently and reliably
ยทย ย ย ย ย Integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and ensuring successful automation as part of our standard build process
ยทย ย ย ย ย Occasional manual testing when automation is not an option
ยทย ย ย ย ย Reporting, reproducing, and helping development resolve defects โ emphasis on troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and prevention of similar issues in the future
ยทย ย ย ย ย Monitoring our results and driving continuous improvement through process changes
ยทย ย ย ย ย Mentoring and coaching junior engineers
ยทย ย ย ย ย Contributing to design/code reviews for product and test code
ยทย ย ย ย ย Advocating test automation and coaching the team on best practices
