Compensation: $160,000+ plus 15% bonus

Position Overview:
As a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) at Reach Financial, you'll play a key role in helping teams produce high-quality software for thousands of customers working to outsmart debt for good. Actively seeking out opportunities to increase test coverage and improve our approach to testing, you'll be an enabling force; allowing your team to deliver value to our customers quickly and safely.Β You'll work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure new features and product improvements meet our high bar for quality. As a senior member of the team, you'll define effective test strategies, provide mentorship, lead cross-functional initiatives, and architect enterprise-level testing solutions that enable rapid, confident delivery of innovative financial products.
