* The ideal candidate should have a min 3 and max 5 years of experience in hands on test case writing, test execution, Defect Creation.
* Should follow the processes and should be able to maintain team performance & productivity at desired level.
* Should have good knowledge on Trading domain & Backoffice testing process knowledge.
* Excellent analytical & logical skills to able to think through a new application & strategize testing.
* Strong Experience in Manual Testing.
* Good Knowledge on JIRA is required.
* Strong Knowledge of Scrum frameworks & Agile Methodology.
* Strong Knowledge of Defect Life Cycle, STLC, SDLC.
* Strong Knowledge on Testing Processes like Test Plans, Test Strategy, Defect Tracking & Logging etc.
* Knowledge on analysing the system specification, business requirements.
* Strong Knowledge on writing test cases, Identifying & Writing Test Scenarios, Test Case Execution, Defect logging in JIRA.
* Knowledge on RTM.
* Knowledge on Test Estimations.
* Comprehensive knowledge of testing tools.e.g JIRA
* Good experience of preparing Test Summary Report, Daily Status Report.
* Strong experience on Functionality Testing, Regression Testing, Mobile Testing, Exploratory Testing, Basic Fundamental of Software Testing.
* Good Team Player.
* Good Communication Skills.
* Good Analytical skills.
* Self Learner & Ability to quickly and efficiently solve problems.
