Work location - Mumbai + Pune Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Visualization Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns. Visualize data to gain insights. Machine Learning and AI Develop and implement machine learning models for test case prioritization, defect prediction, and test automation. Explore the use of AI-powered testing tools. Data Engineering Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to generate and transform test data. Collaborate with other data engineers to extract, transform, and load data. Ensure test data is anonymized and compliant with telecom regulations (e.g., GDPR). Monitor data pipelines to ensure consistency and data quality (accuracy and reliability), to troubleshoot issues as they arise. Collaborate with QA and data science teams to provide data for functional and performance testing. Test Optimization: Use data-driven insights to optimize testing strategies and reduce test execution time. Identify areas for test automation and test case prioritization. Optimize data storage and retrieval processes for telco applications under test. Key Expertise / Knowledge: Familiarity with telecom data sources, such as CDRs, subscriber records, and network logs. Understanding of data privacy regulations applicable to telcos. Strong knowledge of data science and machine learning techniques, and the use of data engineering tools and frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow). Proficiency in database technologies like SQL, NoSQL, and cloud data warehouses with advanced analytics and data management (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift). Experience with data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization. Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, or related
