For the period from August until the end of the year, we are looking for one of our clients a Test Manager with proven experience in professionalizing a company-wide testing approach and implementing legal and regulatory requirements related to testing.
Assignment:

Perform a GAP analysis between the current testing practices and the testing requirements under DORA.

Draft an Action Plan to address the identified gaps.
- Execute this plan.
- You will collaborate with test coordinators, (automated) test engineers, and technical application managers . Maturity levels vary by domain and application. Where necessary, you will guide individuals to help them reach the desired level.

You will also work hands-on to achieve the objectives.

You will have functional leadership over various testing roles. You are given authority regarding how testing is done and how improvements are implemented.

Duration: Start date no later than September 1, running until the end of 2025, with a possible extension.
Profile:

You are familiar with DORA. Preferably, you have already led projects related to implementing DORA or other European regulations. You were responsible for translating legislation and company policy into a general testing strategy.

You have proven experience in defining, rolling out, and professionalizing general test policies. This includes implementing standard practices, defining guidelines for test types and depth, selecting and implementing testing tools, training and coaching staff, and monitoring policy execution during test processes.

You are a proven leader, able to communicate a vision and methodology effectively and elevate colleagues to a higher level.

You are fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written). French is a plus.

You have experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

You have experience testing custom software, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS applications, both managed and tested in-house and by vendors.

You are available no later than September 1, preferably sooner, for at least 32 hours/week.

Work location: Minimum 2 days/week at our Antwerp office. You are also willing to travel to Liège and Eindhoven.
