Job Description

As our ServiceNow Test Lead, you will:

  • Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for our ServiceNow platform.
  • Lead and mentor a team of testers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Create detailed test cases and scripts based on user stories and acceptance criteria, while managing defects effectively.
  • Leverage ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework to create and maintain automated test scripts, improving testing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to align testing with project goals and timelines.
  • Provide regular updates on testing progress, including test coverage, defect status, and quality assessments, while ensuring compliance with testing standards and best practices.
