SFCC QA Lead

We are looking for an experienced SFCC QA Lead with strong expertise in testing and quality assurance for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C Commerce) applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in eCommerce testing, automation frameworks, API testing, and leading QA teams in Agile environments.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and stability of SFCC-based eCommerce platforms by developing test strategies, executing functional and automation testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA activities for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/B2C Commerce) projects.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, UAT, and End-to-End testing.
• Validate storefront functionality including product catalog, cart, checkout, promotions, payments, and order management.
• Coordinate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and DevOps teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Lead QA team members and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for web and API testing.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
• Conduct cross-browser, cross-device, and responsive testing.
• Identify, log, track, and manage defects using Jira or similar tools.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards, best practices, and release processes.
• Collaborate with performance testing teams to validate application scalability and stability.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/B2C Commerce) testing.
• Expertise in eCommerce domain testing.
• Experience with Automation Testing tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Strong knowledge of API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools like Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of SQL and backend data validation.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
