Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

We're looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing with a focus on full automation and integrating tests into the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests across both functional and non-functional areas.
• Validate and perform testing on REST APIs, including error handling and performance testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous software quality.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

Requisitos

Requirements:

• Over 7 years Strong experience in fully automated testing across functional and non-functional areas.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, including test validation, error handling, and performance testing.
• Expertise with Playwright or similar modern test automation frameworks.
• Solid programming/scripting skills (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred, but others considered).
• Experience in integrating tests within CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with Temporal workflow orchestration framework would be a strong plus.
• Excellent advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate across distributed teams.
