Apply AI tools and techniques to improve and refine:
Business Requirement Specifications (BRS)
Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
Code generation and optimisation
Test case design and enhancement
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium
Drive test case automation strategies using AI-assisted approaches
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery
Train and upskill team members on AI-driven testing capabilities and best practices
Continuously identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency through innovation
Duties & Responsibilities
Required Education & Experience:
Matric
Completed Diploma/Degree
5 -7 years' experience as a proven experience as a Software Tester / QA Engineer
Hands-on experience with Selenium automation
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC
Experience or exposure to AI tools in testing, development, or documentation
Ability to translate business and functional requirements into effective test scenarios
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Passion for innovation, learning, and knowledge sharing
Nice to Have:
Experience in AI-assisted development or testing tools
Exposure to Agile environments
Basic understanding of code generation tools or frameworks
