We have an open position for a Software Tester in Durham, UK.
In this role, you will be responsible for the testing process end to end (defining, creating, executing, documenting results, tracking issues over time, etc.) for X-ray metrology tools and applications developed by the software group.
You will also be responsible for maintaining all test cases and test documents (STP, STR, etc), using relevant methodologies and tools, as required.
