Sr. QA Analyst

Job Description

• Lead and execute comprehensive test cases, plans, and scripts for system and end-to-end business processes.
• Document test results, log bugs, and support troubleshooting.
• Conduct system, integration, regression, and acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate system functionality and ensure thorough test coverage.
• Manage test artifacts, track bugs, and report progress using Azure DevOps.

• 5-7 years of experience in QA/Testing.
• Familiarity with C3 (Siebel CRM) or UCM.
• Strong understanding of enterprise QA practices and system integration testing.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for test case management and defect tracking.
• Strong analytical, SQL/data validation, and communication skills.

• QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB).
• Experience in large-scale technology transformation projects.
