Sr. QA Engineer - (Bilingual)

Initial Requirements to Apply:

1️⃣ B2 English level or higher (interview process and daily work are 100% in English).

2️⃣ Must reside in Colombia and have legal permission to work in the country.

3️⃣ Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance experience, including 2+ years in test automation.

Required Skills/ Experience:

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
• 2+ years of experience in automation testing.
• Familiarity with Mabl and SpiraDocs.
• Proficiency in scripting test automation frameworks (TestComplete, etc.).
• Experience testing RESTful APIs using Postman.

Bonus Experience

• Experience querying data with DB2 for i SQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems (MDCMS).
• Prior experience in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual test scripts and tools to validate functional and non-functional requirements, emphasizing testability.
• Build and maintain automated test scripts, tools, and frameworks to streamline validation of software features.
• Identify, analyze, and report software defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues quickly in CI/CD workflows.
• Participate in refinement and design sessions, focusing on maintainability and testability.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios aligned with sprint goals.
• Support sprint objectives by performing manual testing activities when needed.
• Monitor, analyze, and communicate test results, ensuring alignment with quality standards and sprint/release timelines.
