About our partner

On behalf of our partner C&A, we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand, with stores in all Europe. We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, with the headquarters in Dรผsseldorf (Germany), you will work in a distributed team from our office in Mรกlaga (Spain) or from home.

What you'll be doing

  1. Test Approach and Planning

  • Define and maintain aย risk-based test approachย across SAP implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement and transformation activities.

  • Enforce entry and exit criteria, Definition of Ready / Done, and sign-off checkpoints with the stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain theย test suiteย covering process variants, integrations, controls and non-functional aspects.

  • Ensureย traceabilityย from business requirements through test scenarios and evidence to acceptance decisions.


  1. Test Execution and Cycle Management

  • Plan, schedule and runย test cyclesย across:

    • System Integration Testing (SIT)

    • End-to-end Testing

    • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

    • Non-functional Testing

  • Coordinate process and system teams together with business SMEs for execution and formal sign-off.

  • Create, update and execute manual and automated test cases.

  • Consolidate test status and escalate at technical programme level.


  1. Defect Management

  • Leadย defect management and triage, covering severity, ownership, SLA, root cause and retest.

  • Drive cross-team resolution to closure and remove blockers impacting cycle progress.


  1. Test Data and Non-functional Testing

  • Enforce theย test data strategyย (synthetic versus masked production data, provisioning, refresh, privacy and compliance) and confirm data readiness per cycle.

  • Integrateย non-functional testingย into the cycle plan: performance, security and authorisation, failover, batch and throughput, usability.


  1. Planning, Reporting and Stakeholder Management

  • Trackย test KPIsย (coverage, pass rate, severity mix, MTTR, defect leakage) and enforce the reporting cadence towards PMO and sponsors.

  • Align withย Business Process Owners, Engineering Leadershipย andย SI / partnersย on scope, readiness and sign-off.

  • Surface quality risks with clear business impact and ensure the leadership has a transparent, decision ready view of testing progress.

What you'll bring

6โ€“10+ years in testing / QA, including 3+ years managing test cycles.

Must

Proven Test Manager experience in SAP programmes (S/4HANA, BW / Analytics, CPI / PO).

Must

Proven experience orchestrating SIT, E2E and UAT with partners and business teams.

Must

Strong defect triage leadership across cross-functional teams.

Must

Deep understanding of business process value streams (O2C, P2P, H2R, R2R) and integration points (APIs, middleware, jobs).

Must

Strong command of test management and ALM tools and requirement traceability practices.

Must

Excellent communication, stakeholder management and risk reporting to senior leadership.

Must

Experience working with System Integrators and complex vendor ecosystems.

Must

Experience with POS, e-commerce, selling and logistics systems.

Need to

Experience with test automation tools.

Need to

Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Need to

Coordination of performance and security testing, including data masking and privacy controls.

Nice to have

ISTQB / TMMi and SAFe / Agile certification.
