Responsibilities:
1. Test Planning & Execution:
* Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical specifications.
* Execute manual and automated test cases for various Responsys functionalities, including campaign creation, segmentation, personalization, and reporting.
* Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Verify data accuracy and integrity within Responsys and integrated systems.
2. Campaign & Automation Testing:
* Test email, SMS, push notification, and other campaign types within Responsys.
* Validate personalization logic, dynamic content, and segmentation rules.
* Test automated programs and workflows to ensure proper execution and data flow.
* Test form submissions, and data transfer into Responsys.
3. Collaboration & Communication:
* Collaborate with marketing teams, developers, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
* Provide clear and concise test reports and status updates.
* Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability.
* Communicate effectively with offshore and onshore teams.
4. Documentation & Best Practices:
* Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
* Adhere to established testing methodologies and best practices.
* Contribute to the development and improvement of testing processes.
5. Oracle Responsys Expertise:
* Maintain a strong understanding of the Oracle Responsys platform and its features.
* Stay up-to-date with new Responsys releases and updates.
* Troubleshoot Responsys related issues.
6. Experience:
* Minimum of 3+ years of experience in software testing for STE and TE 1tp 3 years, with a focus on marketing automation platforms.
* Proven experience testing Oracle Responsys applications.
* Experience with campaign management, segmentation.
