Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual testing with a strong focus on test case design, execution, and defect reporting.
Develop and maintain automation scripts to support regression and functional testing.
Work closely with development and business teams to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.
Utilize Ingenium for system understanding and validation.
Manage and track defects and tasks using Jira.
Participate in test planning, estimation, and status reporting.
Ensure adherence to QA best practices and standards.
Required Skills:
Strong Manual Testing expertise with hands-on experience in test design and execution.
Experience in Automation Testing using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
Ingenium knowledge is a must – understanding of its architecture and workflows.
Proficiency in Jira for defect tracking and project management.
Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
ISTQB certification is a plus.
