Summary: Develop, debug, and support Automated Test Equipment (ATE) programs for digital, mixedβsignal, and RF integrated circuits and eventually (High Performance Compute) HPC devices leading to Co-Packaged Optics (CPO). Work closely with internal engineering teams and external customers to enable characterization, qualification, and highβvolume production test.
