Lead β Open Banking
As the Test Lead for Open Banking, you are
responsible for implementing and executing Great Southern Bankβs Test Strategy
in the delivery of Open Banking requirements as well as Maintenance and Support
changes. You will bring your technical knowledge of the Consumer
Data Rights Standards and provide expertise and execute the implementation of
testing strategies including critical activities such as test planning,
stakeholder management, test automation, test execution, reporting, test resource
management and risk/ issue management.
This position is open to candidates in Brisbane,
offering you the flexibility to work from home two days a week.
Youβll make an impact by:Β Β
- Defining, implementing, and executing a Test Strategy for Great Southern Bankβs Open Banking programme of work.
- Coordinate stakeholder management, strategy, resource planning, implementation, execution, analysis and reporting for all testing engagements.
- Manage, develop and mentor the Test Team, and responsibility for ensuring the consistency and quality of delivery of the team across System, Functional, Regression and Business Acceptance test phases.
- Drive continual improvement of the testing methodology, test tools, processes, approaches and techniques.
- Coordinate the management of the test teamβs deliverables to ensure objectives are met and in alignment with delivery schedules, quality standards and budget for Open Banking.
Do things differently with usΒ Β
To succeed in this role, you will have:Β
- 2+ years of experience as a Test Lead involving complex integration projects preferably within the financial sector.
- 5+ yearsβ experience of Testing within software development projects at Test Analyst and Senior Test Analyst level.
- Experience with Consumer Data Rights Standards and Regulations is highly desirable.
- Experience with API testing, SoapUI, Postman is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership skills and communication skills, with the ability to produce high quality written documentation.
- Strong vendor relationship skills.
