Business Talent Partner β Service Delivery Management:
This role will be instrumental in driving business success by ensuring a consistent supply of top-tier talent. Given the high-volume talent demands, this role will focus to proactively build a robust talent pipeline at optimal costs to customer commitments for every project. This will directly impact on our revenue, business continuity and key business metrics. Key actions include:
β’ Lead high-volume talent demands and drive fulfilment across all projects. Drive scalable talent acquisition strategies. Drive large-scale recruitment, attract, on-board and prepare talent in line with the dynamic business demands.
β’ Optimize and refine talent processes for high-volume management including RRF processes, Quest process, skills taxonomy, proficiency assessments, and training programs.
β’ Optimize and lead Bench Management proactively for deployment readiness, minimizing down-time and seizing business opportunities.
β’ Spearhead Campus Hiring to attract young, high-potential talent for long-term growth.
