We are seeking an experienced Test Lead – Salesforce Provar Automation professional to lead test automation strategy, design, and execution across Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Provar automation, Salesforce ecosystem testing, and preferably hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud. This role requires technical depth, leadership, and close collaboration with development, business, and QA teams to ensure high-quality, compliant releases.
Role and responsibilities
•   Lead QA and automation efforts for Salesforce applications using Provar and Salesforce Test Frameworks.
•   Define and implement end-to-end automation strategy, including regression suites and CI/CD integration.
•   Review business requirements, user stories, and technical designs to create robust test plans and test cases.
•   Execute and maintain Provar-based automation scripts, ensuring coverage across functional, regression, and integration scenarios.
•   Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, and business users for validation and defect triaging.
•   Drive test data management and ensure environment readiness across test cycles.
•   Conduct Health Cloud–specific validations (Care Plans, Patient 360, Provider data models, and Clinical workflows) if applicable.
•   Ensure test traceability and reporting through ALM tools (JIRA, Zephyr, or TestRail).
•   Mentor junior automation engineers and ensure alignment with QA best practices.
•   Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Sprint planning, retrospectives) as QA representative.
•   8+ years of experience in Software QA with at least 3+ years as a Test Lead.
•   Strong hands-on experience with Provar automation for Salesforce testing.
•   In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform architecture (Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud).
•   Proven experience integrating Provar with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git).
•   Experience in API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and database validation (SOQL/SOSL).
•   Excellent knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA governance frameworks.
•   Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud—including Patient Data Models, Provider relationships, and care coordination workflows—is highly desirable.
•   Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to work across global teams.
•   Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 / GxP validation processes (preferred for Life Sciences projects)
•   Good to have basic knowledge Pharma/Life Sciences.
•   Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related science field or equivalent.Â
