Looking for a Test Lead

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
  • Execute regression, functional, and performance testing.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA teams to resolve issues.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure test coverage and optimize automation frameworks.
  • Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, or C#).
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestNG).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
  • Knowledge of cloud based testing platforms (e.g., Sauce Labs, BrowserStack).
  • Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter).
  • ISTQB or equivalent certification.
