Test Lead

Design and execute test scenarios that cover the end-to-end lifecycle of a case,
including stages, steps, and status transitions.
● to identify root causes of defects and verify data persistence.
● Test specialized Pega rules including Decision Tables, Data Transforms, Activities, and
Validation Rules.
● Verify that Pega correctly communicates with external APIs and Databases (checking
the Integration Mapping).
● Create detailed bug reports in Jira, specifically linking defects to Pega Rule Names to
help developers fix issues faster.
● Debugging\: Minimum experience using debugging tools like Tracer, Clipboard, SMA,
and Live UI.
● Familiarity with Pega 8.x or 24.x architectures.
● Deep understanding of Worklists, Work Baskets, and SLA (Service Level Agreement)
logic.
