Test Lead
Key Skills & Competencies :
1) Candidate should have knowledge on Strong expertise in banking domain testing and Oracle Fusion applications.
2) Hands-on experience with AFCS (Accounting Hub Cloud Service), FAH (Financial Accounting Hub), EPH (Enterprise Performance Hub), and ERP modules.
3) In-depth knowledge of integration testing, financial reconciliation, reporting, and data validation.
4) Proven experience in test management tools (e.g., ALM, Jira, Zephyr, etc.).
5) Ability to manage large-scale integration programs with multiple stakeholders.
6) Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
7) Strong leadership skills with experience managing testing teams in banking transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities :
1) Lead and manage the overall testing strategy, planning, execution, and reporting for the Oracle Fusion integration program.
2) Define test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and ensure comprehensive coverage of functional, integration, system, and UAT testing.
3) Oversee end-to-end testing for AFCS, FAH, EPH, and ERP modules, ensuring smooth integration across banking processes.
4) Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, developers, and project managers to understand requirements and translate them into effective test deliverables.
5) Drive test automation feasibility where applicable and coordinate with automation teams.
6) Manage and track defects using industry-standard tools, ensuring timely closure and reporting.
7) Provide regular test progress reports, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
8) Lead a team of testers, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
9) Ensure compliance with banking regulatory requirements and internal quality processes.
