We are hiring on behalf of our partner in the technology sector and are looking for a Test Lead
Within the IT support scope, the Test Lead is responsible for providing functional and technical assistance to users, with a particular focus on testing activities. They gather requirements from the three project managers, organize and oversee testing activities to ensure quality and compliance of deliverables.
Collect and analyze testing requirements from the three project managers.
Develop testing strategies tailored to each project.
Create detailed functional test cases.
Organize and execute tests, including test planning.
Provide accurate reports on progress, results, alerts, and risks related to testing.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
Identify and communicate alerts and potential risks to ensure project quality.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to write clear and structured testing strategies and test cases.
Strong experience in executing functional tests with attention to detail.
Capacity to produce precise and concise reports.
Good communication skills for effectively reporting alerts and risks.
Knowledge of Silva is a significant advantage.

Profile required
Experience in managing functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Knowledge of testing methodologies and related tools.
Ability to plan effectively and provide visibility to stakeholders.
Education: Engineering degree, preferably in Computer Science or related fields.
Experience: Proven experience in testing within Agile environments; familiarity with testing methodologies, processes, and tools.
Skills:
Rigorous and detail-oriented with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
Knowledge of IT fundamentals, scripting, and automation tools.
Language: Fluent in French.
