We have an opportunity for experienced Test Leads to join our Core Ledger Replacement domain and be part of a once-in-a-generation transformation programme. Help build the future of lending at BNZ, delivering modern technology, innovative customer experiences, and lasting impact for generations of New Zealanders.
As Test Lead, you will be responsible for the execution of Quality Assurance processes and procedures. You will also be ensuring the organisation is adhering to standards, procedures and methodologies to achieve high-quality systems development.
This is a Wellington based fixed-term opportunity through to September 2028.

To be successful in this role, you’ll be a confident quality engineering leader who can bring people together, influence across complex stakeholder groups, and keep delivery focused on quality outcomes. You’ll combine strong technical capability with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, helping teams navigate complexity while building trusted relationships across business, technology, delivery partners, and vendors.
You will also bring exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all organisational levels and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
