Day-to-day governance across all testing streams (Functional, Automation, Data Migration)
Lead and coordinate cross-stream test planning aligned to MVP milestones
Review and approve Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Test Summary Reports
Track and monitor KPIs daily/weekly; flag deviations to TM
Chair daily stand-ups, defect triage, and sprint planning sessions
Oversee test environment readiness; coordinate with Equisoft and Infrastructure
Oversee automation stream β review framework design, monitor coverage targets, validate regression suite readiness per sprint cycle
Review and validate Data Migration Test Reports and mock run outcomes; coordinate with Sr Data/ETL Tester on go/no-go readiness per mock run cycle
Prepare Test Completion Report and Go-Live Readiness recommendation
