โขย ย ย Test Lead will be primarily responsible for project coordination, test planning, test status tracking, and leading test execution activities including Functional, System Integration and Performance testing.
โขย ย ย Previous experience of delivering successful testing outcomes as part of a large and complex test environments, mobilising the services of both internal and external/offshore teams is important
โขย ย ย Lead and coordinate on requirement analysis, test planning, test execution activities, with clear Entry and Exit criteria for each test programmes that aligns with SAFe Agile principles and processes.
โขย ย ย Co-ordinating with SCRUM Development teams and ensure meet exit criteria before promoting code into staging environments.
โขย ย ย Manage a team of Senior Quality Engineers and Junior Quality Engineers. Provide leadership to team members.
โขย ย ย Manage relationship with Product Development, Business and Product owners, define SLAs and KPIs for each delivery phases and ability to drive the quality outcomes through all stakeholders.
โขย ย ย Manage and monitor Test process, Test Governance, Test execution, Defect management and provide pragmatic solutions for any critical issues in Testing.
โขย ย ย Ensure coverage of testing in functional and non-functional areas
โขย ย ย Work with the local management team to drive a โquality firstโ environment, not limited to Quality Engineering practitioners.
โขย ย ย Demonstrate Iterative improvement in the quality and be accountable for the overall quality of releases.
โขย ย ย Own the triage and governance meetings for the modules handled
โขย ย ย Highlight insights to the test managers and the stakeholders wherever necessary
โขย ย ย Owning the daily status reporting for the modules handled and bringing in insightful reporting based on the metrics collated
โขย ย ย Strong technical and analytical skills, Educational background, Self motivated, team player and leadership qualities.
Education/Certification or functional knowledge required prior to obtaining the position.
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science preferred, or related work experience
