Senior SAP Test Manager – Finance & Automation
We’re looking for a high-calibre SAP Test Manager with a strong background in finance-focused SAP projects, test automation, and Agile delivery.
You’ll lead the charge in planning, coordinating, and driving test strategies, transitioning manual testing into an automated, efficient, and future-proof approach.
Bring your expertise in Atlassian X-Ray, Jira, and test automation tools (TOSCA) to shape quality delivery in a dynamic, global environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead test planning, design, and execution for SAP finance projects
  • Develop integrated manual + automated testing strategies
  • Manage resources, reporting, and test progress across international teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure world-class delivery
  • Mentor and coach teams on testing best practices
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years’ experience in SAP testing & finance modules (FI/CO, GL, AP, AR, Banking)
  • Solid Agile and test management know-how
  • ISTQB & Tricentis TOSCA certified
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • German language skills advantageous
