Job Title: Test Manager (10β12 Years Experience)
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with 10β12 years of proven expertise in leading enterprise-scale testing programs across complex, multi-channel applications (web, mobile, APIs). The role requires strong ownership of end-to-end test management covering both manual and automation testing, with a focus on quality engineering, governance, and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage large-scale testing engagements across functional, regression, integration, and UAT phases.
Define and implement test strategy, test plan, and governance frameworks aligned to enterprise standards.
Drive a balanced manual + automation approach, ensuring optimal coverage, ROI, and scalability.
Oversee automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, API automation) and ensure CI/CD integration.
Manage test estimation, planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across onshore/offshore teams.
Establish KPIs, SLAs, and reporting dashboards (RAG status, defect metrics, coverage, velocity) for stakeholders.
Collaborate with business, development, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery and defect lifecycle management.
Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and quality gates across releases.
Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Mentor teams, enforce best practices, and enable continuous improvement in testing processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
10β12 years in QA/Testing with at least 3β5 years in Test Management roles.
Experience in enterprise-level programs (Banking/Financial Services preferred).
Strong exposure to test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/DevOps environments.
Expertise in tools such as JIRA, Test Management tools (ALM, Zephyr, TestRail), and automation frameworks.

Certifications: ISTQB, Agile, or equivalent.
