Project

Join a team working on complex internal systems to support daily operations in a financial, stock market related environment. Client operates regulated exchanges in Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, and Portugal.

Expected competences and knowledge

• +5 years of previous experience as QA Engineer
• Experience managing QA and testing teams on a multinational and multicultural environment
• Strong knowledge of theory testing confirmed by certification
• Experience with the Agile project management methodology
• Financial / stock market / banking experience
• Fluent in English; strong communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Flexibility and ability to work in environments with changing priorities
• Ability to interface with different project teams from the IT side to the business side

Responsibilities you'll have

• Manage QA teams and strategy for critical projects
• Analyze specific team testing requirements, execute and automate report on expected test cases to meet the quality department’s objectives
• Create and execute component-level test plans and test cases
• Actively contribute to implementation of all core trading applications 
• Identify gaps and in consistences based on product requirements and specifications
• Coordinate with other quality assurance units to meet company quality standards
• Coach and lead the Team towards the defined strategy for QA and testing, from tools to methodologies
