Key Responsibilities:Program & Multi-Project Management路 Lead multiple QA projects within a large enterprise insurance client.路 Establish and manage project governance, timelines, and cross-team coordination.路 Ensure resource alignment, risk management, and delivery excellence.Test Strategy & Execution Define and execute test strategies for functional, regression, UAT, and automation testing.路 Build reusable test assets and scalable automation frameworks.路 Oversee planning, scripting, execution, and defect management.Insurance Domain Experience:路 Extensive hands-on experience across Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Group Insurance business lines.路 Proven expertise in end-to-end testing and automation of insurance-specific applications and processes including: o Policy Administration Systems: LifeAsia, eBaoTech, Compass, Digital Portals & Sales Applications, Claims Management: LifeAsia Claims Module, Guidewire (Claim Centre), In-house Claims Engines, Underwriting Systems: iUnderwrite, AUW, Risk Assessment Engines, Policy Servicing: New Business, Policy Alterations, Surrender, Reinstatement, and Maturity etc and Customer Self-Service & Agent Portals: Online servicing portals, agent dashboards, mobile appStakeholder & Delivery Governance路 Act as a single point of contact for senior business and IT stakeholders.路 Run governance forums (DSR, WSR, MSR), escalate issues, and provide progress updates.路 Communicate ROI, defect trends, and delivery impact to senior leadership.Automation & Innovation路 Lead automation strategy using tools like Selenium, Robot Framework, and Python.路 Implement RPA solutions using UiPath and Blue Prism.路 Drive automation-led UAT acceleration and regression coverage expansion.Team Management & Leadership路 Mentor and lead QA teams across geographies.路 Support professional development and create Centres of Excellence (CoEs).路 Foster a high-performance, quality-focused team culture.Skills & Tools Required: Selenium, UFT, RFT, SeeTest, Robot Fram
