Candidature Requirements:
 The Senior Test Manager will lead the strategic and operational management of testing across multiple product lines and platforms. This role will focus on ensuring robust quality assurance practices are embedded within delivery processes, managing test teams and fostering a culture of quality throughout the software development lifecycle. The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality software products. 

Areas of Responsibility: 

• Lead & Manage Testing Teams across domains/projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Define & Implement Test Strategies and standardized methodologies across all testing streams.
• Drive Comprehensive Test Planning covering functional, non-functional, regression, UAT, and security testing.
• Ensure Adequate Test Coverage through strong test design, risk-based approach, and effective test case development.
• Oversee Test Execution & Defect Management with timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Champion Test Automation, maximize coverage, and integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate on Tooling & Frameworks with Head of QA, engineering leads, and performance architects.
• Own Performance & Load Testing Outcomes, analyze results, and drive optimization.
• Engage Stakeholders Effectively by communicating strategies, risks, improvements, and quality metrics.
• Own Test Environments & Reporting, ensuring optimal functioning, quality dashboards, and visibility of risks/progress.

Must-Have Requirements: 

• 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. 

• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing large, multi-disciplinary test teams. 

Nice to Have Requirements: 

• Experience with testing in large-scale SaaS and highly configurable products. 

• Experience in agile and continuous delivery environments. 

• Hands-on experience with AccelQ and K6  testing tools.
