"Job Description: Test Manager – Core Banking (Finacle 11.x)
Location: UAE (Onsite)
Industry: Banking / Information Technology
Experience Level: 12+ years (Minimum 5 years in QA Management)

Role Objective
As the Test Manager for Finacle 11.x Implementation, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end quality assurance strategy for a large-scale Core Retail Banking transformation. You will oversee the testing lifecycle, ensuring that the Finacle 11.x modulesβ€”specifically focused on Retail Banking and International Funds Transferβ€”are robust, secure, and compliant with GCC regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Test Leadership
β€’ Define and implement a comprehensive Testing framework specifically for the Finacle 11.x rollout.
β€’ Develop the Master Test Plan and Test Strategy covering SIT, UAT, Regression, and Performance phases.
β€’ Align testing milestones with the overall project PMO and CXO-level delivery timelines.
2. Finacle 11.x Governance
β€’ Manage the validation of core retail modules including CASA, Loans, Deposits, and Wealth Management.
β€’ Oversee complex migration testing and integration testing between Finacle and peripheral banking systems.
β€’ Ensure all localized functional requirements for the UAE/GCC market (including VAT, Al Etihad Credit Bureau, and Central Bank reporting) are validated.
3. Payments & SWIFT Operations
β€’ Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for International Funds Transfer within the Finacle ecosystem.
β€’ Manage the end-to-end testing of SWIFT ISO 20022 messaging and FCY (Foreign Currency) clearing.
β€’ Ensure seamless integration with UAE-specific payment gateways (e.g., UAEFTS, IPI, Aani) where applicable.
4. Stakeholder & Team Management
β€’ Act as the primary point of contact for the Bank’s Business Heads, BAs, and Technical Architects.
β€’ Lead and mentor a diverse team of onshore and offshore functional testers.
β€’ Defend QA progress and risks during Steering Committee (SteerCo) and CXO-level status meetings.
