Test Manager
Lead requirement walkthroughs with Business, Product, Dev, and Architecture teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
Establish and govern requirement readiness (Definition of Ready) for both Internet and Mobile banking features.
Drive requirement traceability across BRD/FSD/User Stories ? RTM ? Test Scenarios ? Test Cases ? Defects.
Identify requirement gaps, ambiguities, and cross?channel inconsistencies early and coordinate timely closure.
Ensure channel?specific requirement coverage for web (browser, accessibility) and mobile (OS versions, biometrics, device behaviors).
Validate security, regulatory, and compliance requirements such as MFA, session management, masking, audit logs, and transaction rules.
Map requirements to end?to?end banking journeys like login, accounts, transfers, payments, card management, and service requests.
Define acceptance criteria, negative scenarios, and exception handling based on requirement analysis.
Assess requirement changes (CRs) for scope, timeline, regression impact, and testing effort.
Provide requirement inputs to UAT readiness, test data planning, quality gates, and business sign?off.
