He/she must have led at least 2-3 projects in this domain from QA standpoint. 路 Candidate has to be well versed in cards and ATM portfolio 路 Overall Responsibility for Quality of testing and Timely delivery 路 Key Driver of the Test improvement Initiatives 路 Create Test strategy, Overall Plans, Resource requirements and allocation, technical skill areas 路 Interaction with Client team on Project Risks & Concerns and resolution of issues 路 Report project status to the Delivery or Program Manager. 路 Ensure compliance with Client and Quality Kiosk processes. 路 Consolidate and report metrics for project activities. 路 Knowledge Management on the project 路 Create Test Design and Execution Plan and schedule of testing 路 Assign tasks to the team members & manage workload efficiently 路 Tracking project milestones and deliverables 路 Managing the offshore team and monitor the work 路 Providing the inputs / clarifications to offshore team 路 Keeping track of new requirements from the project 路 Daily Defect discussions 路 Ensure adherence to onsite-offshore process and agreed timelines 路 Coordinate with users for inputs, review and approvals 路 Responsible for Metrics Measurement and Implementation 路 Report upon testing activities, including testing results, to build test suite, write test cases coverage, defects 路 Ensure adherence to test Processes 路 Coordinate with various team in Client for UAT.
