Requirements<\/h3>
\- Test Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
<\/div>

<\/div>
\- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of test experts, providing guidance and support to ensure high\-quality deliverables.
<\/div>

<\/div>
\- Test Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning, design, and execution of test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of all functional and non\-functional requirements.
<\/div>

<\/div>
\- Defect Management: Manage the defect lifecycle, including identification, tracking, and resolution of issues.
<\/div>

<\/div>
\- Collaboration: Work closely with development, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of testing activities within the overall project lifecycle.
<\/div>

<\/div>
\- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the testing process, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
<\/div>

<\/div>
\- Reporting: Provide regular status reports and metrics to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and areas for improvement.
<\/div>

About Your Experience and Skills: 
<\/div>

<\/div>
\- University or college degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
<\/div>
\- 7\-10 years in IT and software testing \/QA roles <\/div>
\- Fluent English communication skills <\/div>
\- Proven experience in software testing, with a focus on test management and leadership roles.
<\/div>
\- ISTQB, CSTP, CTM, CSQA and ITIL certifications are an advantage
<\/div>
\- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks. Proficiency in test automation tools is a plus.
<\/div>
\- Strong understanding of agile and DevOps methodologies
<\/div>
\- Experience in contract management and vendor coordination
<\/div>
\- Strong leadership and talent development capabilities
<\/div>
\- Comfortable working in multivendor and remote team environments
<\/div>
\- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA (+Big Picture, + Xray), Figma, Confluence, and MS Project
<\/div>
