Test Manager
1) Overall Responsibility for Quality of testing and Timely delivery Key Driver of the Test Improvement Initiatives Create Test strategy, Overall Plans, Resource requirements and allocation, technical skill areas Interaction with Bank team on Project Risks & Concerns and resolution of issues Report project status to the Delivery or Program Manager.
2) Ensure compliance with GBK and Quality Kiosk processes.
3) Knowledge Management on the project Create Test Design and Execution Plan and schedule of testing Responsible for Metrics Measurement and Implementation Strategic & Operational Leadership Define and implement test strategies, plans, and frameworks aligned with project objectives.
4) Lead and mentor QA/test teams, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
5) Manage resource allocation and skill development across testing functions.
6) Test Lifecycle Management Oversee test planning, design, execution, and defect management.
7) Ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
8) Promote shift-left testing and continuous integration practices.
9) Process & Quality Assurance Establish and enforce testing standards, methodologies, and best practices.
10) Monitor key metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and release readiness.
11) Drive automation initiatives and optimize test environments and tools.
12) Stakeholder Collaboration Act as a liaison between QA, development, product, and business teams.
13) Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
14) Support release planning and go/no-go decisions with data-driven insights.
