Help Shape Critical Systems That Support Global Defense Operations

We’re looking for a Test Manager to join our team. This role is part of a high-impact initiative supporting a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Air Operations Center (AOC) Program. You’ll play a key part in ensuring complex defense systems meet the high standards required for global operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead testing efforts for mission-critical Command and Control systems while working alongside a skilled and collaborative team. You’ll be involved from early planning through acceptance testingβ€”both in the U.S. and overseas.

What You’ll Do

As our Test Manager, you’ll guide all testing activities to ensure systems meet rigorous performance, integration, and quality benchmarks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Execute an existing Test & Evaluation Program Plan (TEPP) that outlined program test concepts and objectives
  • Developing procedures for all formal test events and system acceptance testing
  • Verifying that AOC systems meet customer and operational requirements
  • Supporting configuration audits (FCA/PCA) and compiling related documentation
  • Leading Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) to ensure all aspects of testing are validated and ready to proceed
  • Managing test documentation and coordinating with technical writing teams
  • Planning and executing testing in both domestic and international locations
  • Investigating issues found during testing and identifying root causes
  • Tracking and categorizing deficiencies, presenting findings at review boards
  • Working with teams to resolve test failures and confirm resolution through regression testing
  • Maintaining internal systems to monitor and report test results

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who thrives in complex, high-stakes environments and enjoys leading test efforts from end to end.

You’ll need:

  • An active Secret security clearance
  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field β€” or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years supporting DoD or military-related programs
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% (both CONUS and OCONUS), including extended periods in the Middle East
  • Hands-on experience with Command and Control (C2) systems used by the U.S. Air Force
  • A proven track record creating and managing test plans and procedures for C2, IT, and networking systems
