We are looking for an experienced Core Banking Subject Matter Expert (SME) with 10+ years of hands-on experience in core banking systems and banking operations. The SME will provide deep functional expertise, support large-scale transformation programs, and act as a key liaison between business, technology, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation, enhancement, and support of core banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
路 Act as functional SME for Core Banking systems and banking processes
路 Provide expert guidance on end-to-end core banking operations and workflows
路 Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements
路 Translate business requirements into functional scenarios and test cases
路 Support core banking implementations, upgrades, migrations, and regulatory changes
路 Conduct impact analysis for product enhancements and system changes
路 Support system integration, data migration, and interface design initiatives
路 Provide functional support during testing phases (SIT, UAT, regression)
路 Participate in defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution
路 Support production issues, audits, and regulatory reporting
路 Mentor junior team members and provide knowledge transfer
