About the Role

Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs

Roles and Responsibilities:
β€’ Execute QA frameworks, policy, metrics, methodologies, and tools capable of delivering embedded quality management across enterprise-wide delivery platforms to deliver best practices and high-quality of application implementation and delivery.
β€’ Provide constructive feedback to optimize & enhance the QA frameworks continuously.
β€’ Assist project manager / platform to lead key business and technology stakeholders (e.g., Product Owner, Platform Lead) and/or project stakeholders to develop the Quality management approach across a full range of IT delivery activities.
β€’ Coordinate and liaise with business units, IT, external vendors, and/or project teams to resolve any quality issues.
β€’ Mentor project / platform team on quality aspects of delivery with proper and regular training and provide guidance on quality standards and best practices for application quality improvement.
β€’ Manage offshore testing resources to support adherence to defined best practice for testing deliverables.
β€’ Maintain and measure the solution delivery quality and standard.
β€’ Continuously assess project / platform teams’ delivery quality to identify areas for possible improvements in the testing procedures, frameworks, and practice
β€’ Communicate progress and issues through regular status reporting and meeting to the team, department, Management, and IT Steering Committee
β€’ Review and analyze project testing deliverables and metrics against prescribed quality tollgates.
β€’ Support internal audit assessment and review activity as needed

Minimum Job Requirements:
β€’ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT related disciplines
β€’ Minimum 6 years of IT industry experience with a strong emphasis on engagement across the breadth of delivery activities, highly effective stakeholder engagement, metrics definition and analysis and communication
β€’ Minimum 5 years of IT Solution Quality Assurance/Management
β€’ Excellent knowledge of Software Testing, Quality Assurance, Governance
