Requirements:
- 7โ10+ years in software testing, with 3โ5+ years in QA leadership
- BSc IT /Computer Science
- Proven success transforming manualโheavy environments into automationโled teams
- Strong handsโon experience with Selenium, Katalon, Postman, BrowserStack, CI/CD
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, riskโbased testing, and quality governance
- Exposure to AIโdriven testing tools and modern quality engineering practices
- A leadership style that promotes accountability, dataโdriven decisions, and a blameless quality culture

What youโll do:
- Define and own the enterprise QA strategy, governance, and quality standards
- Drive an automationโfirst approach integrated into CI/CD pipelines
- Introduce AIโassisted testing, intelligent regression, and predictive quality insights
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multiโdisciplinary QA team
- Own quality metrics, release readiness, and executiveโlevel reporting
- Reduce defect leakage, rework, and regression cycle times
