Testmanager - SAP and Tricentis

Qiado is a growing start-up that went from 5 to more than 40 consultants in only 5 years and is focused on 3 processes: Contract Lease Management, Finance and Transformation Services. 

As Test Manager in Qiado you will be responsible to oversee all our testing activities, with special focus on all testing phases of SAP implementations and integrations using the Tricentis suite. This is a unique opportunity where you will be able to shape and guide the direction of the internal testing area.

You will play a pivot role in establishing best practices, building a robust testing framework, and driving innovation within the transformation team. Your contributions will directly impact the success and growth of our testing efforts.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills and a proactive approach to business development. 

What will your future challenges look like? 

• Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for utilizing Tricentis tools to ensure alignment with client objectives and high-quality standard
• Lead, mentor, and expand the testing team, promoting best practices in manual and automated testing
• Drive business development activities, including proposal preparation, pre-sales presentations, and client relationship management to secure new projects and partnerships
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and effective delivery of projects
• Foster continuous improvement in testing practices, enhancing project outcomes and increasing client satisfaction
• Lead and manage dynamic internal and external teams in transformation projects, taking full ownership of project management responsibilities while driving forward key initiatives and ensuring successful execution
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt effectively in diverse environments

Which key competences and skills make you the right fit for this role? 

• University Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Economics, IT and/or related field
• Proficient level in German and English is required, giving our internal team structure and clients
• Strong understanding of SAP modules, especially FI-CO, and experience in SAP testing methodologies
• Proficiency in SAP testing tools like Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager, SAP Test Acceleration and Optimization
• Extensive experience in SAP testing environments, particularly leveraging the Tricentis suite for automated and manual testing
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), with specific expertise in SAP's Activate Methodology for SAP project implementatio
• Experience with writing and managing user stories and defining acceptance criteria in SAP environments
• Demonstrable leadership skills with a track record of managing technical teams and large-scale testing projects
• Expertise in process mining, development, and a strong command of both manual and automated testing methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and a client-centric approach in delivering high-quality results
• Outstanding communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers
